Use of OLOL Parish Hall – Booking Required

Please can you ensure that any use of the Parish Hall is booked and confirmed by the Parish office. We have had several instances of the Hall being booked to paying clients, only for Parishoners to enter expecting to use the Hall. If you wish to have any meetings in the Hall, please confirm this with the Parish office first to ensure no other bookings have taken place.
