Enrolment is open for the Sacramental Programme for Confirmation 2027, for young people from St Joseph’s, St Clare’s and Our Lady of Lourdes who are in Year 9 or above.
Before you start
Please fill in the form together with the candidate. You will need:
- a photo or scan of the candidate’s Baptism certificate, to upload with the form
- the church, address and date of the candidate’s Baptism and First Holy Communion
- the candidate with you, to read the code of conduct and sign it alongside you
Attendance
Candidates should attend every Confirmation lesson and be on time. Please tell the catechists in advance if the candidate is going to be absent. More than two absences may mean the candidate’s Confirmation is postponed.
